What's a stack?

If we are going to get new ways to coordinate, we are definitely going to need new tooling. Since each DAO will have different requirements there won't be a single tool for coordination, but a set of (hopefuly) interoperable parts which can be combined and enable members of a DAO to coordinate towards a goal.

In tech a stack is defined as:

"The set of technologies an organization uses to build a web or mobile application. It is a combination of programming languages, frameworks, libraries, patterns, servers, UI/UX solutions, software, and tools used by its developers."

In this section we aim to include the current tools that can help a DAO succeed and how to implement them.
